Santa comes to visit

Santa called to our class today and gave us sweets. We were so shocked to see him because we know how busy he is at the moment! What a lovely surprise! 

A tale of two stories

Today we visited the Town Hall to see a play. It was very funny and the actors were brilliant at playing different characters. After the show we got to meet and greet them! 

Last day of swimming

Today was our last day at swimming for this year. We learned so much and have improved a lot in the last 6 weeks. Today we got to go on the slide as a reward for all our hard work! 

Dingbat fun

As part of our problem solving topic in maths we had a look at some dingbats. All you need to do is say what you see.. The first answer is 'I'm in the middle of something!'

Signed, sealed and to be delivered!

Today we took a trip to the post office in between the rain showers! We had a very important job to do.. Post our letters to Santa. One month from today he will be making his way around the world to deliver all our presents... We are very excited!

Book worms

We visited our local library last week. We had great fun reading our favourite books. Some of us used our library cards to borrow some books and our teacher got to take some books back to school for our classroom. We will be visiting the library again next term! 

Halloween fun!

Class Assembly

We are very excited about our Class Assembly on Friday October 23rd Our assembly is based on one of our favourite authors, Roald Dahl. 

The main part of our performance comes from Matilda the Musical.
We are practicing very hard and are looking forward to performing for the whole school!
